Hopscotch™ is more than a childhood game. It is a simple but powerful way for leaders to see how they make decisions, hold their ground, and work with others under pressure.

Our Ethical Play-Based Leadership workshops bring teams together through structured play. Each square on the grid becomes a chance to practise empathy, focus, adaptability, honesty, and purpose. These become more than abstract lessons. They become lived and remembered moments.

Why Play Matters
