UK & EU Consumers: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In addition to these rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period for physical goods.
1. Digital Content & Courses (The "Digital Exception")
Under UK and EU law, the right to cancel a digital purchase (the "14-day cooling-off period") is waived once the download has started or access to a course has been granted, provided you have consented to this.
Final Sale: All digital products, including our Human-AI Learning Pathways, Discovery Suites, and Digital Workbooks, are considered Final Sale and are non-refundable once access is provided.
Our Guarantee: If a digital file is faulty, "not fit for purpose," or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair or a working replacement. If we cannot fix the digital fault within a reasonable time, a full or partial refund will be issued.
2. Physical Well-being Gifts (30-Day Policy)
For physical items (mugs, apparel, candles), we offer a voluntary 30-day return window after receiving your item.
Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Process: To start a return, contact shop@ckccares.com. If accepted, we will provide instructions and a shipping label. (Items sent back without a request will not be accepted).
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and "make it right" through a replacement or refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers).
- Custom/Personalized products.
- Personal care goods (beauty/aromatherapy products that have been opened).
- Hazardous materials (flammable liquids/gases).
- Gift Cards and Sale Items.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
